What She Means:
This is one of those few instances when the woman is probably speaking the truth. Most women don’t get mad. But, most women do get disappointed (and a few get even). She may say she isn’t pissed -- that doesn’t mean you’re off the hook. You have probably done more damage than you realize. What happens is, you screw up by forgetting an important event or not telling her your ex-girlfriend just got hired at your firm and she finds out. She’ll try to be that cool, strong, breezy girlfriend and say, “I’m not mad.” In reality, you let her down. You broke or damaged her image of you as the dream guy who is considerate, honest and doesn’t make her sad. Every woman carries that fantasy picture of her guy and you just chipped away at it. Don’t freak out – it would take a lot to make her walk away (as I’ve said, women air on the side of relationship). Bottom line, you messed up – no matter how many times she says “it’s OK” or “I don’t mind” you still need to do damage control. And by damage control I don’t mean muff diving – that type of damage control only works for guys.

yeah right. That means she is mad really mad, but she is waiting to spring it all on you at some horrible time when it is least convenient to talk about it. Girls get mad, they just do react quickly they wait and deal their pain slow and painfull.

OW. Doesn't this line say it all? When the woman says this, she is not lying. Everything *else* that comes out of her mouth is an unending stream of verbal diarrhea!
