This is not a drill. . . she just used the “L” word. Before you shit a brick, take a deep breath and chill out. Remember, she’s not asking for your hand in marriage and she’s not asking you to father her children. All she did was express her feelings for you. That’s not such a big deal. Women are generally more emotional than men and are likely to move from like to love faster. Isn’t it nice knowing that a pretty lady really cares about you? You aren’t obligated to say it back to her or even feel the same way. But, you also shouldn’t pretend you didn’t hear what she said. And, you shouldn’t tell her you love her just to fill the uncomfortable silence. In fact, that’s what makes women really pissed and confused when you tell a girl you love her and then go dump her the next week. So what do you do? Just somehow show her you care. Smile. Kiss her. Give her a great big hug. If she questions why you didn’t respond, tell her that you know how women want things to be all spontaneous-like and it will happen when she least expects it.
