What She Means:
Most women like to talk things through, share their feelings and resolve things with hugs. If she doesn’t want to talk about something, she’s either not the type to open up OR she’s so pissed or hurt by something you did, she’s shutting down. Some women just don’t open up like other women. Rather, they are more emotionally reserved (kind of like a guy). This is a blessing. If you give her time, she’ll warm up to you. On the other hand, if you’re gal is usually the type to talk things through, share her thoughts and never go to bed angry, then recognize you are really in hot water. Give her a little space, but don’t drop the subject. If you just let it go and never resolve the problem, she’ll carry it with her forever. Women rarely forgive and never forget. After a little time, revisit the subject and say you didn’t mean to hurt her (or do wrong) and you want to understand what happened. Getting her to open up after she’s had a chance to compose herself will work wonders for the health of you’re long-term relationship. This isn’t one of those fights that can quickly be resolved by hopping in the sack.
